The Center for Behavioral Health offers comprehensive, evidence-based services designed to support children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our team provides compassionate, individualized care to help each person build skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful change.
Outpatient Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides one-on-one support tailored to each person's needs. Services focus on helping children, adolescents, and adults develop coping skills, address emotional and behavioral concerns, and work toward personal goals within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Family Therapy and Parent Training
Family relationships play a key role in mental health. Our family-focused services support caregivers and children in strengthening communication, addressing conflict, and developing healthy interaction patterns that support the entire family system.
Group Therapy and Skills Programs
We offer group-based programs designed for children and adolescents that provide opportunities to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and connect with peers in a supportive, structured environment.
Groups offered include:
- DBT Adolescent Skills Group - Teaches mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Group availability varies throughout the year based on community needs.
Psychological and Diagnostic Assessment Services
Our licensed assessment psychologists provide comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations to help clarify diagnoses, identify individual strengths and areas of need, and guide treatment planning.
Assessments may address concerns related to:
- Attention‑Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and executive functioning
- Autism spectrum–related needs
- Emotional and behavioral challenges
- Developmental functioning
- Differential diagnosis
- Treatment planning and readiness
Each evaluation includes individualized recommendations designed to support success at home, in school, and within the community.
Chemical Use and Co‑Occurring Services
We offer specialized services for individuals experiencing chemical use concerns or co‑occurring mental health and substance‑related challenges. Our team provides prevention, screening, evaluation, outpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment services focused on:
- Reducing or eliminating substance use
- Strengthening coping skills and decision‑making
- Improving emotion regulation
- Supporting family involvement and safety
- Coordinating care with community providers when appropriate
