New Clients
Starting behavioral health services can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as clear and supportive as possible. Below, you’ll find information to help you understand how to get started, what to expect, and how we work with insurance.
How Do I Schedule Appointments?
We want scheduling appointments to be as easy and convenient as possible. To get started, please call our Behavioral Health front office at 531‑355‑3358.
After your initial call, our team will send you an intake packet electronically for you to complete. Once your paperwork is returned, we will match you with a provider whose expertise and availability align with your presenting concerns and insurance coverage.
Within 1–2 business days, your assigned provider will contact you to schedule your first appointment. All future appointments will be arranged directly with your provider after each session.
How Long Does Each Therapy Session Take?
Most outpatient therapy sessions are scheduled for 45–60 minutes. Our clinicians strive to begin sessions promptly and respect your scheduled time. The exact length of your session may vary slightly depending on the goals being addressed and the needs of the child, adolescent, or family that day.
What Kind of Therapy Do You Provide?
Our clinicians use evidence‑based approaches grounded in research and tailored to the individual needs of each client. Treatment may include Behavioral Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent‑Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities shown to support meaningful change.
Your clinician will discuss recommendations and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that best fits your goals.
What to Expect
Outpatient therapy begins with understanding concerns and identifying goals for care. Sessions may focus on skill‑building, emotional regulation, communication, and behavior change. Caregivers are often involved to support progress outside of sessions.
