Confidential support for young people

Your Life Your Voice is a free, confidential service for young people who may be feeling overwhelmed or in emotional distress. Trained listeners are available via phone, text, chat, and email to offer support, encouragement, and resources during difficult moments.

This service is available 24/7 for individuals seeking immediate emotional support.
