Boys Town North Florida Supported by Administrative Law Attorneys at Trivia and School Supply Drive

For years, members of The Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section have partnered with Boys Town North Florida to help ensure Tallahassee children have the supplies they need to start the school year. Through an annual school supply drive, attorneys and legal professionals come together to support the children and families served by Boys Town.

Gathering for an evening of trivia and philanthropy, members of The Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section once again demonstrated their commitment to the community. Attendees donated backpacks, notebooks, pencils and other essential school supplies while participating in team trivia focused on state and federal government, administrative law and related legal topics. The event also highlighted The Florida Bar's board certification in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice (SFGAP), promoting specialization and professionalism within the government and administrative law practice.

Beyond friendly competition, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for members of the legal community to make a direct impact on children and families across North Florida. The donated supplies will help students begin the school year with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom.

Boys Town North Florida Development Director Michael Thompson attended the event, sharing more about the organization's mission of providing life-changing care, support and resources to children and families facing challenges. Thompson also thanked members of the Administrative Law Section for their continued partnership and generosity as they presented their donations. This ongoing support continues to make a meaningful impact as a new school year begins.
