  • Terry Vargo

    Terry VargoSenior Vice President
    Citizen's Bank of Florida

    Terry Vargo is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer at Citizens Bank of Florida and works out of their Oviedo office. Mr. Vargo was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2011 after many years with the company. He previously served as vice president of fundraising for the Oviedo Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Vargo was elected to serve on the Greater Oviedo Chamber of Commerce board in 1994. He became the president in December 1998. Mr. Vargo has also served as president of the Oviedo Kiwanis Club. As a member of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Kiwanis Club, he helped organize their 15th Annual Golf Tournament in 2014. Mr. Vargo is also a member of the Goldenrod Area Chamber of Commerce.

    Terry has been married to his wife, Susan, since 1982. They have two children, Greg And Laura.

  • Dr. Alfonso Mireles, M.D.

    I’ve been a pediatrician long enough to see patients grow up and bring their own children to me. My experience helped us become a designated “medical home” for children with complex issues. My wife and I raised three children in the community where I practice. We have all worked hard to make this a good place to live and thrive.

    When you treat a child, you are really caring for the whole family. The wellness of the group depends on the health of each of its members. Similarly, the community is stronger when families are healthy and happy. So I take my work very seriously, giving patients and their families love and compassion in every situation.

    I’m passionate about providing high-quality care for my patients, no matter what their needs are. Our practice has been designated a medical home by the American Academy of Pediatrics. At the time we earned it, there were fewer than 25 practices in Florida with this designation. It means that we have demonstrated the ability to care for children with complex illnesses and conditions as well as children who just need wellness checks and vaccinations.

    As a seasoned pediatrician with more than 25 years of experience treating children and teens with a wide variety of conditions, including behavioral and developmental issues, I am dedicated to finding answers for them and their families. I also care deeply about my community. I serve on the board of Boys Town and am active in other organizations that are doing good work for children and families in Central Florida.

  • Victoria Anderson-Ferrin

    Victoria Lyn Anderson primarily practices in the areas of domestic and family law, criminal law, and bankruptcy. Ms. Anderson’s over 12 years of experience in these areas of law has given her a unique ability to not only achieve results but to assist clients though difficult, complicated and sometimes incredibly emotional events.

    Ms. Anderson has been a resident of central Florida for over 25 years. She received her Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. At Barry University Ms. Anderson received a certificate for completing a concentration in the areas of Children and Family law which has provided her the opportunity to explore these areas intricately and gain an even greater knowledge and understanding which she uses to assist her client’s through these difficult times.

    Ms. Anderson has worked in the legal field since 1997 and since then has worked at all levels within private law firms. Ms. Anderson’s background has helped her develop a high level of expertise that is conducive to achieving results.

    Ms. Anderson has been involved in the following organizations and affiliations: American Bar Association, The Florida Bar (Family, Criminal and Young Lawyers Division), and Orange County Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Anderson is an adjunct professor for Seminole State College as well as Bryant & Stratton. Ms. Anderson was a former adjunct professor for Barry University, Kaplan University and Everest University.

  • Stephanie Baumgartner

    Stephanie Baumgartner Office Manager, Holland Pools & Spas, Lake Mary, FL

    Stephanie Baumgartner is the Office Manager for Holland Pools. She wears many “hats” and is always willing to add one more to the mix if it means that she can help someone else. Her parents Mike and Gloria Holland founded Holland Pools back in 1995 and she came to work for them in 2005. Stephanie will take care of everything from permitting to customer service and making sure that the office is never out of chocolate! Stephanie grew up in the Lake Mary area and has been married for 26 years Wayne Baumgartner and we have three wonderful kids.

    I have been a part of Mike and Gloria’s love for Boys Town from the very beginning and it would be my honor to continue their service.

    Lead, Project Management Office, Kennedy Space Center

    Keith Britton has over 30 years of technical and project management experience with NASA, Lockheed Martin, McDonnel Douglas and Rockwell International. He has managed projects for NASA’s Space Shuttle and Space Station Programs as well as the agency’s expendable launch program at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Currently, Keith serves a senior project manager for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, supporting the agency’s new exploration initiative. Keith represents NASA as the Chairman of the Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) Knowledge Management Committee and serves on its Board of Advisors. He is also the Chair of NASA’s Engineering Construction Innovations Committee.

    Keith also serves on the City Council for the City of Oviedo. Elected in 2006 and has served as the City’s Deputy Mayor. Keith represents the city on many local and regional boards, including the Council of Local Government and the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Advisory Committee.

  • Dale Coleman

    Dale Coleman Chief of Oviedo Police Department, Oviedo, FL

    Chief Coleman started his career with the Oviedo Police Department in 1986. He has served as a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Investigative Sergeant, Investigative Lieutenant, and Internal Affairs. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University and is a graduate of The Southern Police Institute Command Officers Development Course at the University of Louisville.

    Chief Coleman plans, organizes and directs all police operations; handles personnel and public information matters; ensures that all laws, regulations and procedures are followed; coordinates work with other law enforcement agencies. He develops annual budget proposal and controls budgeted expenses. Formulates and implements police policy, procedures, rules, regulations and programs. He prepares and reviews operational and administrative reports. Reviews and approves disciplinary action and personnel matters. Supervises maintenance of records and materials associated with law enforcement activities or administration. Assumes command of police force in emergencies and other major law enforcement operations.

    Paul Matthew Goddard founded M PAUL General Contractors in 2001 with the goal of providing a diversified general contracting firm distinguished by integrity, quality, teamwork and a drive to exceed client’s expectations. Paul is a Licensed Certified General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in construction and project management. Characterized as a visionary and strategist; he leverages in-depth knowledge of the profession with respectful leadership of talented professionals.

    Before he opened his own business he worked as a contractor and manager for The Matthew Group for over 19 years. Paul is a huge supporter of the community, participating in many if not all of the events. Paul is a member of Leadership Seminole class

    Marci Gordon is Director of Sales and Client Services at Synergy Settlement Services. Synergy offers healthcare lien resolution, Medicare secondary payer compliance services, pooled trust services, settlement asset management services and structured settlements. Marci travels the country on behalf of Synergy making sure each of our clients have a personalized experience with us. She also works directly with State and local associations to support our clients’ interests across the country.

  • Brian Kittle

    Brian Kittle Division President at Meritage Homes Orlando, Orlando, FL

    Experienced Division President with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, Land Development, Negotiation, Sales, and New Home Sales. Strong business development professional graduated from The Ohio State University.

    • Currently oversee Orlando Division sales, purchasing functions, all construction operations and metrics, customer care department, new community process, design studio, escrow, and scheduling operations
    • Largest single-family homebuilder in Central Florida in 1H12
    • Support sales and marketing departments to achieve market dominance

  • Dustin Lucas

    Dustin Lucas Founder/Owner, Lucas Land Group LLC, JEL Land Development LLC, Oviedo, FL

    The Lucas family owns JEL Site Development Inc., a 20-year-old company that has helped build some of the area's finest subdivisions, schools, medical centers, apartment complexes, and shopping centers. It owns and maintains an extensive fleet of heavy machinery and currently has more than 100 employees on staff. While the company typically does work in the Central Florida area, it is expanding out of state for larger projects. The company’s annual revenue is $9.7 million and it employs a staff of approximately 70.

    Dustin spent the early years in his career attempting to learn all areas of the Construction Industry. He interviewed with several of the top home builders and eventually took a position with Mercedes Homes as an assistant builder at their Orlando branch. He then took a Land Development Manager position at Cambridge Homes (now owned by the K Hovnanian Corp.) where he learned all aspects of land development.

    After gaining years of real estate and construction knowledge, Dustin started acquiring and assembling real estate assets under the newly formed JEL Land Development LLC and Lucas Land Group LLC. He has closed deals with some of the largest home builders in the area.

  • Paul Moletteire

    Paul Moletteire Vice President Ticket Operations, Orlando Magic NBA, Orlando, FL

    Paul Moletteire has worked with the Orlando Magic for more than half of his life. As Vice President of Ticket Operations, he is responsible for managing the ticket operations of both the Orlando Magic and Amway Center.

    Moletteire started as a media relations intern in August of 1991 and was hired full-time in September of 1992 as a box office representative. He was subsequently promoted to ticket services manager in January of 1999 and to assistant director of fan relations in December of 2004. In July of 2006, he was promoted to director of season ticket services and operations. In August of 2009, his role was changed in preparation of the opening of the new Amway Center in 2010. His focus is on ticket operations for the team, in addition to providing leadership for the day-to-day activities of the new Amway Center's ticket operations and box office.

    Moletteire received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida in 1989.

    Moletteire and his wife, Vicki, reside in Oviedo, Fla., with their children, Jack and Kara.

    Nick Moore Director of Practice Development at Berman Hopkins Wright & LaHam, CPAs and Associates, LLP, Orlando, FL

    Nick is the Director of Practice Development for Berman Hopkins Wright and LaHam CPAs. He received his B.S. in Finance, from the University of South Florida. He has an extensive background working in the areas of accounting, finance, and information technology.

    Nick’s primary goal as the Director of Practice Development is to introduce the largest locally owned CPA firm in Central Florida to companies throughout Florida. He believes in cultivating relationships between prospective clients and Berman Hopkins Wright and LaHam CPAs by being honest and humble, regarding the benefits our firm can offer.

  • Niko Nikolaou

    Niko Nikolaou Director of Special Events, Gaylord Palms Resort, Orlando, FL

    As Director of Special Events, Niko Nickolaou is responsible for furthering the creative vision, developing and delivering extraordinary experiences that enhance the emotional connection to such events as the Easter Eggstravaganza, Summerfest, Goblins & Giggles, and Christmas. Prior to his current role which he accepted in March 2015, Nickolaou was the Director of Guest Services, leading a team of talented service providers that expanded the guest experience to new levels.

    As a successful entrepreneur, Nickolaou has led two successful private ventures: NAAN Entertainment, a music management firm, and more recently Social Pie LLC, a digital marketing firm created with small business owners in mind. Social Pie has supported more than 50 clients since opening, helping them navigate the complex world of digital marketing by providing distinct designs for web and social along with developing digital marketing strategies.

    Nickolaou’s career has spanned many different roles, from beginning his career as an Attractions Attendant for Universal Orlando Resort to transitioning to Gaylord Hotels where his functions varied in the Rooms Division to until his current position of Director of Special Events & Entertainment. From his entrepreneurial spirit to his creative storytelling development and operational leadership, Nickolaou has a unique ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects, navigate complex opportunities, and guide creative planning.
