  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​Keith Britton

    Board Chair
    Council Member, City of Oviedo
    Lead, Project Management Office, Kennedy Space Center

    Keith Britton has over 30 years of technical and project management experience with NASA, Lockheed Martin, McDonnel Douglas and Rockwell International. He has managed projects for NASA’s Space Shuttle and Space Station Programs as well as the agency’s expendable launch program at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Vandenberg Air Force Base. Currently, Keith serves a senior project manager for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, supporting the agency’s new exploration initiative. Keith represents NASA as the Chairman of the Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) Knowledge Management Committee and serves on its Board of Advisors. He is also the Chair of NASA’s Engineering Construction Innovations Committee.

    Keith also serves on the City Council for the City of Oviedo. Elected in 2006 he is currently serving his fifth term and has served as the City’s Deputy Mayor. Keith represents the city on many local and regional boards, including the Council of Local Government and the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Advisory Committee.

  • Marci Gordon

    Vice Chair

    Director of Marketing, Beers & Gordon

    Marci Gordon is the Director of Marketing at law firm, Beers & Gordon and committee liaison for Oviedo Winter Springs Life Magazine. Shortly after graduating from college with a degree in Biology, Marci worked for Genzyme Biosurgery and then Novartis Oncology.

    Marci left Novartis to take care of her young children, and then she became Director of Marketing for Beers & Gordon. Outside of work, Marci is a committed mother to her two children, as well as an active member of the community. Marci was recognized in 2011 as a leader in community involvement with her nomination to the Krewe of Leaders. Currently, Marci is a volunteer at Seminole County schools, President of the Oviedo Business Woman’s Network board, serves on the committee for Julie Eason-Smith Scholarship Stride.

    Founder and CEO, Rhythm & Blues Enterprises, LLC

    Rick is a highly experienced operations executive with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. He is responsible for starting and growing his restaurant development and management company from the ground up resulting in $5 million in revenue and 115 employees as a franchise partner with Tijuana Flats Burrito Company. He is also an investor and Board Member with ImediaReach and has served on the board of several local Charities. Rick is a former Deputy Mayor of the City of Winter Springs.

  • Jeffrey Chudnow

    Chief of Police, City of Oviedo

    Chief Jeffrey Chudnow has been in law enforcement since 1974 beginning his career with the Madison Police Department in Wisconsin. He worked for the Coral Springs Police Department for 25 years, retiring as a Deputy Chief. He became the Chief of Police in Oviedo, Florida in 2007. Chief Chudnow holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and has attended numerous leadership development courses. Additionally, Chief Chudnow currently serves on several Boards of Directors, including Kids House of Seminole, the Florida Police Chiefs Association, the Florida Violent Crime and Drug Commission, the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence Delta Focus Leadership Team, the 18th Judicial Circuit Juvenile Advisory Board, the Governor’s Medal of Heroism Selection Committee and Commission on Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation.

  • Jim Gordon

    Partner, Beers & Gordon

    Jim Gordon is an 18 year attorney and current partner in the law firm of Beers & Gordon, P.A. Jim is a 1992 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He received his juris doctorate in 1997 from the University of Nebraska. Jim is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in the shadows of the main campus of Boys Town attending various events and countless church services on the campus. As a graduate of Millard North High school, Jim also attended high school with many Boys Town students. Also, Jim and his wife were married in the Dowd Chapel at Boys Town in 1998. Marci and Jim have two boys, Quinn and Zack. Jim remains involved in community service through various volunteer activities, including his service to this board.

  • Gloria Holland

    President, Holland Pools and Spas


    Gloria is the President of Holland Pools and Spas, a company that she and her husband started more than 20 years ago.

    Prior to starting this company, Gloria worked for State Farm for a number of years, taking classes and related business courses and also getting her Adjusters License. When the opportunity came to start their company, she and her husband feel God blessed them with people to help guide them so they can work in a field they enjoy. Both Gloria and her husband work in the industry to bring new ideas and improve safety standards by belonging to the Local Home Builders Association and also being a part of a select group that meets nationally. Gloria enjoys the creative process with helping people design a pool that is not only unique but enjoyable.

    For the past six years Holland Pools and Spas has ranked in the top fifty National Pool Builders. A few years after starting the company, the Hollands started an annual Golf Tournament to give back, and were given Boys Town’s name as a local organization that does an outstanding job of helping children and families. This began the relationship and blessing of being a part of Boys Town.

  • Lee Kernek

    Associate Vice President, University of Central Florida

    Lee Kernek is the Associate Vice President for Administration and Finance for the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she has management responsibility for the following administrative units: Facilities Planning and Construction; Facilities Operations; Sustainability and Energy Management; Landscape and Natural Resources; Environmental Health and Safety; Emergency Management; and the UCF Police Department. Ms. Kernek obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Music with Honors and High Distinction from the University of Iowa and her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Before coming to UCF, Ms. Kernek served more than 20 years in government and public service, holding executive positions in the Department of Defense, defense industry, and a not for-profit community hospital. Career highlights include performing counter-narcotics and counter-insurgency for President George Bush; leading International Cooperative Programs, Foreign Military Sales, International Logistics, Security Assistance, International Air and Trade Shows, and Arms Export Control for the Department of The Army; and overseeing the Facilities and Safety Program for the second largest university in the nation.

  • Paul Moletteire

    Senior Director of Ticket Operations

    Paul Moletteire is currently in his 20th season with the Orlando Magic. As director of ticket operations, he is responsible for managing the ticket operations of both the Orlando Magic and Amway Center.

    Moletteire started as a media relations intern in August of 1991 and was hired full-time in September of 1992 as a box office representative. He was subsequently promoted to ticket services manager in January of 1999 and to assistant director of fan relations in December of 2004. In July of 2006, he was promoted to director of season ticket services and operations. In August of 2009, his role was changed in preparation of the opening of the new Amway Center in 2010. His focus is on ticket operations for the team, in addition to providing leadership for the day-to-day activities of the new Amway Center's ticket operations and box office.

    Moletteire received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida in 1989.

    Moletteire and his wife, Vicki, reside in Oviedo, Fla., with their children, Jack and Kara.

  • Laura Palermo

    Marketing communications and community relations consultant and community volunteer, Laura Palermo is dedicated to being a champion for programs and organizations that empower people and communities. Formerly with the AAA National Office, she managed marketing communications and community relations, proudly serving the needs of members, clubs, colleagues and the Central Florida community for 13 years. Laura's background includes advertising copywriting, marketing and public relations roles in the retail, hospitality and nonprofit industries. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
