It’s a time devoted to raising awareness about and preventing the physical and emotional pain millions of kids suffer every year, often at the hands of those who are supposed to care for them.
Boys Town knows a lot about the abuse and neglect of children; every year, about half of the girls and boys who come to them for a new start are victims.

1. Wear Blue Day is April 1, 2022. Wear blue and tell people you are participating in a national day to highlight child abuse prevention.
2. Place pinwheels in front of your business to show your support. We will help secure these for you.
3. Host a fundraiser amongst your employees.
4. Encourage your employees to donate to Boys Town Central Florida.
5. Wear a blue ribbon every day in April and encourage others in your community to do so.
