We want to highlight community partner, Another Broken Egg Café, that has dedicated its grand opening to support Boys Town South Florida. We are deeply grateful to Bob Swignoski and Another Broken Egg Café for choosing Boys Town South Florida as their nonprofit partner for this special occasion.
We welcome other local businesses to partner with us through percentage-of-sales events and other fundraising opportunities that directly support children and families in our community. Funds raised through partnerships like this support programs such as our Care Coordination Services. Our Care Coordination Services provide intensive, family-centered case management that helps families navigate complex systems. Staff members visit homes weekly to teach parenting and coping skills, provide support and connect families with additional community resources. Each program is tailored to the family's needs. We don’t believe in just helping the child; we believe in helping parents, siblings and whoever else is in the home to ensure the child has an environment that enables them to thrive.
Care Coordination Services is one of the seven programs we offer. We have preventive and early intervention services in schools, in the homes and in the community. We can’t do this without community partners, donors and foundations that believe in the mission.
