During the holiday season, Boys Town Nevada won first place at Suncoast Hotel in Boyd Gaming’s annual Trees of Hope competition, receiving a generous $3,000 donation to support our mission of helping children and families thrive.
Our Dr. Seuss-inspired Christmas tree was more than festive décor, it represented the heart of what Boys Town Nevada does. Dr. Seuss’s stories celebrate resilience, compassion, and the power of individuals to overcome challenges, values that align perfectly with Boys Town’s programs. From our in-home family services, Lift in schools, or our Behavioral Health Clinic, Boys Town Nevada helped over 4,700 children celebrate resilience, have compassion, and overcome challenges in 2025. Just as Horton reminds us that “a person’s a person, no matter how small,” we believe every child deserves hope, healing, and the chance to succeed.
