Starling, PsyD has been working with children, adolescents, and adults since 2006, providing behavioral therapy, developing behavioral plans, and conducting diagnostic assessments. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in 2009, her MA in Psychology in 2015, and her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in Neuropsychology, in 2017.

Mackenzie Boon, Ph.D., began providing outpatient behavioral health services and conducting diagnostic assessments at the Boys Town Behavioral Health Clinic in Grand Island, NE in 2021. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2012, her M.Ed. in School Psychology from the University of Utah in 2015, and her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Utah in 2017. Dr. Boon completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship in the Pediatric Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the John Hopkins University School of Medicine/Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, before returning to central Nebraska.
Heather Calkins, Ph.D., began providing outpatient behavioral health services and conducting diagnostic assessments at the Boys Town Behavioral Health Clinic in Grand Island, NE in 2020. She received her BA in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2016, her MS in Psychology from Illinois State University in 2019, and her doctorate in School Psychology from Illinois State University in 2021.
Dr. Calkins completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Boys Town Behavioral Health Clinic in Grand Island, NE, and happily chose to remain at the clinic as a psychologist.
