Recently, the Zeta Omicron chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority at Florida State University dedicated several hours volunteering at Boys Town North Florida's ART Town.
Over 40 students attended the volunteer event. Together they pulled weeds, raked, trimmed, and cleaned around ART Town and the garden. After spending 2 hours beautifying the facility, they saw the significant impact they made by coming out to volunteer.
Gina Rogers, Donor Relations Specialist at Boys Town North Florida said, "We greatly rely on our volunteers to help our facilities look amazing and run smoothly. It means so much to us for them to come out and donate their time."
