Meet Ben, one of our On the Way Home (OTWH) consultants and our In-Home Family Services (IHFS) probation consultant. Ben works with OTWH youth and families to provide family, school and homework support. With IHFS, he provides support and skills to help youth discharge successfully from probation without being placed out of home. Ben excels in building relationships with parents and youth and helps them communicate better.

- He has 4 kids
- He has 3 dogs (newest one was rescued from a dumpster)
- He grew up in Florida
Ben says what he enjoys most about working at Boys Town is, “being able to impact lives on a daily basis. It only takes one person caring to change a life.”
