Sydney has a natural ability to identify the most pressing concerns within a family and address challenging issues with confidence and care. She approaches her work with a balance of support and accountability, ensuring families feel encouraged while also making meaningful progress.

Sydney’s skills have helped her achieve successful outcomes, particularly when serving Family Preservation Services cases. During a recent FPS case she helped a family reduce an imminent safety concern by getting the home clean and assisted parents prepare for new substance abuse evaluations. She was able to help the family keep the home safe for the children to remain in the parents’ care. They were set up for success when rolling into on-going services. The family remained sober, kept a clean home and obtained employment to support their family.
