This month, Boys Town Iowa is excited to recognize OTWH Consultant Ashlee Diaz, for her outstanding contributions to the team.
Since joining Boys Town last February, Ashlee has consistently brought a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it’s engaging with youth and families, or supporting teammates whenever needed, she makes a difference every day.
Ashlee recently worked with a youth family. With Ashlee’s support, the youth was able to transition home successfully from a residential treatment facility. Because he was unable to go to a traditional school, the youth had to complete school virtually from home. Ashlee worked with he and his family on creating a space in the home that he could be more productive with his classes and homework. Ashlee also established goals for the youth so he could successfully graduate.
