At Boys Town, we believe every child deserves to be seen, supported and believed in—especially those who’ve faced trauma, chaos or crisis. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you won’t just be a staff member. You’ll be a steady hand. A patient teacher. A source of hope.
You’ll be the one who shows up when it matters most.
You’ll make that difference at the Boys Town Residential Treatment Center (RTC), where youth with serious behavioral and mental health challenges receive round-the-clock care in a safe, structured and compassionate environment. The RTC provides individualized treatment for children and adolescents who need intensive support, giving them the tools to heal, grow, and thrive.
This Is More Than a Job
In our nationally recognized mental and behavioral health programs, you’ll work side-by-side with youth who are learning how to build safe, healthy lives. Every day, you’ll:
- Teach skills like emotional regulation and problem-solving that kids carry for life
- Support therapeutic care and model healthy, consistent behavior
- Create a calm, stable presence that helps youth feel safe and seen
Your work will have a lasting impact—and you’ll see it in real time.
