The day your child has their first seizure, the waiting shouldn't start. Our First-Time Seizure Clinic sees new patients within one week -- compared to the national average of 6-12 months. Purpose-built for new-onset and undiagnosed seizures in infants, children, and teens.
For families navigating mystery illnesses and inherited neurological conditions, Boys Town National Research Hospital offers answers. Led by Dr. Isabella Herman, M.D., Ph.D., this clinic treats genetic epilepsy, leukodystrophies, lysosomal storage disorders, neuromuscular diseases, and dozens more rare conditions -- with genetic counselors on-site.
Our fellowship-trained neurosurgeons perform the full spectrum of pediatric brain and spine procedures -- from epilepsy surgery and tumor resection to hydrocephalus management, craniosynostosis, spina bifida, and vagal nerve stimulation. MEG-guided surgical planning delivers millimeter precision.
