Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that help staff connect around shared interests and experiences. All employees are welcome and encouraged to join any ERG. At Boys Town, ERGs are designed to:​​​​​​​

  • Build employee engagement
  • Support hiring and retention efforts
  • Offer opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Provide opportunities for open conversation, support and community
Asian and Pacific American Connection (APAC)
This group brings together employees of all backgrounds interested in learning about the unique cultures of individuals from the Asian continent and Pacific Islands.
