Should I keep telling my children to stop worrying and that everything will be ok?

I want parents to stop telling their kids to stop worrying about things. It's such a great, wonderful strategy to use to comfort your kids but, when you're experiencing anxiety, if you could stop worrying, like if I could get my heart to stop pounding before every interview or my voice to stop being shaky I would fix that. The problem is I can't stop worrying.  So I think one of the first things parents can do is educate and normalize and then validate how they're feeling that you're experiencing anxiety right now and that's ok. And then to recognize is this a real alarm "Are we in danger?" or is this a false alarm "I'm ok and safe and I can continue doing what I need to do."
