If you are a parent, physician, educator or mental health care provider who is concerned about the behavior of a child in your care, we can help. Our mental health practitioners, psychiatrists and physicians work closely with families, schools and other referrers to provide the best care for children and adolescents.

Sierra Villanueva
Ph.D, PCIT Certified, Staff Psychologist

Sierra Villanueva, Ph.D., is a staff psychologist at the Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health in Omaha. She specializes in individual and family therapy, and training for parents of children and adolescents. Dr. Villanueva has accepted a Staff Psychologist position with the Boys Town Behavioral Health Clinic East. 

Dr. Villanueva received her Doctorate in School Psychology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. She completed her doctoral internship at the Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health in Omaha. She has worked with children, adolescents, and families in school and clinical settings. She provides individual and family therapy. Dr. Villanueva also provides interpersonal skills training to groups of children and adolescents.

Dr. Villanueva enjoys working with children of all ages, ADHD, disruptive behaviors, and anxiety. Dr. Villanueva is a certified PCIT Therapist.

Ginger Faulkner
Ph.D, Becoming PCIT Certified, Staff Psychologist

Dr. Ginger Faulkner is a psychologist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents, college students and young adults.

She has experience working with a wide range of treatment modalities, with specific expertise in evidence-based treatments, interpersonal psychotherapy, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Faulkner earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, where she studied psychology and women’s issues. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Washington University and her doctorate in counseling psychology from Indiana State University. Prior to her position at Boy’s Town, Dr. Faulkner worked in residential psychiatric treatment, college counseling and behavioral health centers where she provided individual, group and family psychological services.

Although trained as a generalist, Dr. Faulkner has professional interests and experience in relationship and attachment issues, personality disorders, anxiety and phobias, interpersonal violence, and trauma. When away from the office, Dr. Faulkner is an avid reader, interested in social justice issues, and loves to travel.
