Meet Kira, one of our Family Centered Services Supervisors. Kira is our one and only Safe Care supervisor and she has been with our Boys Town Iowa team since June of 2022. Kira has shown strong leadership skills and her oversight of the Safe Care program has helped it to grow tremendously. Kira shows strength in her ability to get to know her team and how to grow on their strengths while turning areas to develop into strengths.
Some fun facts about Kira:
1) She has a Cat named John Spotted Paws.
2) She regularly reads a book in one day.
3) She has traveled to 10 different countries in 3 months.
Kira says what she enjoys most about her work is, “seeing how everyone works together to make positive changes in the families we serve.”
