About Boys Town Central Florida
The largest campus area outside the Village of Boys Town, Nebraska, Boys Town Central Florida opened in 1986 in Oviedo. In 2009, Boys Town's Integrated Continuum of Care touched the lives of 7,650 people in Central Florida, including direct care to 1,327 children and 171 families. The site also works with the state of Florida to combat child abuse and neglect through three short-term Intervention and Assessment centers. Children and Family Support Services include Children in Need of Services/Family in Need of Services, Common Sense Parenting® classes, and Project Safe Place, a national program that assists at-risk girls and boys in crisis.
Boys Town Central Florida is headquartered in Oviedo. Greg Zbylut serves as the Executive Director.
