What signs do I look for if I am worried my child is stressed over a crisis?

Some signs you can look for when you think your child is stressed over a crisis are: they're not sleeping well, they're not eating, they're isolating themselves, or they cut themselves off from friends and family. Maybe they seem more depressed in their behavior. A child who is doing very well in school may all of a sudden start really struggling in school. So look out for little signs like that. But sometimes you might not see those signs, so it's always a good idea for you to stay in communication with your children and just have a moment each day where you kind of find out what's going on in their lives. Talking to other people in your child’s life can be helpful as well. Maybe some of their friends notice things that you're not noticing.
