Annual Golf and Tennis Classic Success for Boys Town!

Local golfers hit the greens on Monday, September 14 for the 8th Annual Golf & Tennis Classic in support of Boys Town New York.

The tournament took place at Knollwood Country Club, which hosted more than 120 golfers and tennis players. Players arrived bright and early for registration, brunch, and goodie bags were distrusted to all guests. Participants were able to buy raffle tickets and participate in a silent auction throughout the day.

Following the tournament, guests gathered to learn more about programs and services provided by Boys Town New York over dinner and awards. Golf Committee Co-Chair Guy Cleveland (Director of Relationship Management at W.B. Engineers) and Alan Kensek (Business Development Executive, The Venetian Group) took the stage to host the award ceremony, raffle prizes and live auction.

“A huge thank you to all who participated, especially our sponsors! Boys Town  New York would not be able to thrive without such great supporters,” said James Hill, Boys Town New York Development Director. “All the funds raised on this day allow us to provide more services to support more children and families here in NYC. The fact that so many people came together for this purpose from so many different backgrounds, truly makes this a magical day.”
