In his role as chief investment officer, he establishes goals, objectives, investment guidelines and the allocation of assets for the trust fund. In addition, the Investment Department works with the Pension Committee to establish goals, objectives, investment guidelines and the allocation of assets for Boys Town's pension funds. Philip has a master's degree in business administration from Creighton University. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Omaha-Lincoln Society of Financial Analysts. He is a past member of the editorial board of Investment Policy magazine and several charitable boards.
