How We're Making Reform Happen

Boys Town recognizes the urgent need for Boys Town makes presentations to members of Congress and state legislatures, and state and national agencies. A Boys Town symposium of Nebraska government and child-care officials stimulated cooperation that’s leading to reform in the state's child-care system. The Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC) connects Omaha-area families with the diverse resources of five NFC member organizations.

Negotiations are underway to establish a similar partnership with the state of Rhode Island through Boys Town New England. Nationally, Boys Town is increasing awareness of its research-proven work and continues to introduce its Integrated Continuum of Care at sites across America.
