Make Mealtime Family Time

Committing to family meals multiple times every week can become the gateway to creating deeper relationships with those joined at your table. Kick off your mealtime commitment with this weeklong series to share meals as a family. Each day you will receive a dinnertime activity to spice up the fun around the table and a conversation starter to get your kids talking.

Studies show that eating dinner together as a family can provide many benefits for children, including higher self-esteem and better communication with their parents. A shared meal, and the dedicated facetime that comes with it, inspires hope for the future and creates healthy eating habits that continue long after children leave home. The benefits of eating together also give parents the opportunity to model proper manners, as well as practice group decision-making and communication skills with their children. Best of all, shared meals make children feel important and included in the lives of their parents.

Here are some of the things we’ll cover:

  • Make a Commitment to Family Mealtime
  • Manners Matter
  • Most Kids Are Picky. Have Fun With It!
