About Boys Town North Florida

One of the earliest of Boys Town’s national sites, Boys Town North Florida has been serving children and families since 1983. In 2009, Boys Town's Integrated Continuum of Care touched the lives of 6,432 people in North Florida, including direct care to 207 children and 73 families.Youth with special treatment needs find a safe place to live in the site’s community-based Treatment Foster Homes, while other youth are cared for in Traditional Foster Care Homes. Boys Town North Florida also has five Treatment Family Homes in Tallahassee. In these homes, youth learn independent-living skills that help them find success with their families, in school and in their community.
