"God Gives Us Strength to Carry On..."

Quickly the years pass.  The Home will observe another birthday on December 12. … Each year we see many more boys come and go.  Each year the number of those who come seeking help has increased...  While we have new faces each season, the problem is always the same – to help the boy who needs a home and an education, to give him those things that have been denied him through no fault of his.

The progress and growth we have made at Boys Town… is indeed gratifying.  Viewed in relation to the opportunity we have for still greater service, we must, however, look upon this… anniversary merely as a milestone along the way.  Having come so far along the road, we must continue onward and upward toward a still greater future.  Our mission is far from completed so long as God gives us strength to carry on.
