  • ​​​​​​​​​Cheryl Lambert

    Board Chair

    Cheryl Lambert is President and CEO of Joe Dolce Communications, providing executive development and media training to public and private organizations. Clients include Seimens, L'Oreal, Facebook. L'Oreal, NYC Bar Association.

    Ms Lambert has held top-level executive positions for more than 25 years at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, where she managed 600+ personnel in the U.S., Europe and Asia. During her career in the financial industry, Ms Lambert oversaw clearance and settlement processes with values exceeding $500 billion daily. Her division consistently achieved the highest rating during annual regulatory assessments.

    In addition to serving Boys Town NY, Ms Lambert leads a workshop at the Center for Employment Opportunities in New York City. She lives in Tribeca with her husband, Jim Daniels, a partner with Budd Larner. They have two sons

  • Kimberly Hicks

    Founder and CEO

    Enterprise Rebirth Advisory

    Kimberly is currently providing consulting and advisory services to boards, investors, and management teams on building value-adding and sustainable for-profit and non-profit organizations. She is a finance industry veteran, with over twenty years of leadership experience across both private and public sectors, and most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer of the International Securities Exchange. She has successfully worked with top management and boards on firm-wide strategy, acquisition integrations, business operations, risk and cost management, compensation programs, talent management practices, and board practices. Early in her career she also co-led a program for autistic children and adults.

    In addition to serving Boys Town New York as Vice Chair and Board Development Committee Chair, she is also Board Member and Treasurer of the Open Medicine Foundation. Kimberly holds a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University and a B.A. in ​​​Psychology from The University of Texas.

  • Erik Addington

    Managing Director

    Erik Addington has +20 years of finance experience in the ​investment banking industry and is a Managing Director with Nomura, the Japan-based investment bank. During this time, Erik has held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers and Nomura while living in Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York.

    Erik currently manages global change projects for Nomura, and previously was Nomura’s Chief Financial Officer for Asia ex-Japan while based in ​Hong Kong.

    In addition to serving Boys Town New York, Erik is active in alumni fundraising for St. Bonaventure University. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration (Accounting) from St. Bonaventure and a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. Erik and his wife, Rebecca, live in Brooklyn with their three children.

  • Jennifer Armstrong

    Senior Vice President of New Product Development and Chief Marketing Officer in the Banking Division
    CIT Group Inc.

    For more than 25 years, Jennifer Armstrong has built a progressive career for the Financial Industry through Executive Leadership positions. She is recognized for expertise in digital marketing and search engine optimization.

    Ms. Armstrong is currently affiliated with CIT Group Inc. of New York, New York, in the role of Senior Vice President of New Product Development and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in the Banking Division.

    She holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Long Island University – CW Post and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee. She has served on numerous boards, including New York City Habitat for Humanity; New York Women's Agenda, where she was President from 2004-2006; and the National Council for Economic Education. Her volunteerism includes Nassau/Queens Hub Coordinator for ReServe.

  • Michael Campana

    Michael Campana is a capital construction project manager for Bloomberg L.P. and has been since 2011. Bloomberg L.P. is a leading global provider of business and financial information, news and insights from around the world. Significant growth in recent years has required extensive development of new real estate, while simultaneously expanding and improving existing sites to support the business needs. Michael studied business at Fordham University for his undergraduate degree. He attended New York University for his graduate studies with a focus on construction management. With a passion for tangible creation, he is driven by helping others improve their lives through developing environments in which they can thrive. This is the connection that brought Michael to Boys Town. He enjoys contributing to the cause of allowing as many children as possible to have a second chance.

  • Guy Cleveland

    Director of Relationship Management

    Guy Cleveland was elected Chairman of the Board of Boys Town New York in September 2013. As an advocate for the agency's mission and purpose, Guy's affiliation with Boys Town commenced in 2008. His devotion to Boys Town's work has been a critical instrument to enhance the organization's public standing- complimented with his professional background as WB's Director of Relationship Management. Guy has been active in Boys Town New York's special events fundraising endeavors and has led its Golf Tournament Committee since 2008. Boys Town New York serves as a beacon of hope for America's children and families by providing life-changing care that produce positive outcomes for at-risk youth. As part of a 96-year old national organization, Boys Town New York serves approximately 500 boys and girls annually.

  • Crystal Denunzio

Our unique blend of experience, quality, personal service and leading-edge technology systems ensures completion of work in precise accordance with, or ahead of, our client's projected occupancy date.

    Crystal has a proven track record of evolving leadership in specialty and high volume environments managing accounts up to $100 million in volume. Focusing her attention on the construction industry, her specialty is in developing business relationships which are of mutual benefit to both parties.

    When she is not working, Crystal enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her daughter Tasha.

  • Alan Thomas Kensek

    Account Executive for Plaza Construction Corporation Al has been associated with Boys Town New York for a solid five years serving as a Board Member and is a member of Boys Town NY's Golf Committee. Al has been employed by Plaza Construction Corporation for 22 years. His background consists in the construction capacity for over 30 years, including finishing his apprenticeship with the sheet metal union and the working for other general contractors such as NICO Construction, Kesco Construction and StructureTone. Al graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management with a duel major in Management Information Systems, he also minored in Psychology. In addition, he served three years in the United States Marines Corps obtaining a top secret clearance while reaching the rank of sergeant.

    Al has been a devoted husband for 37 years, and a loving father to his son, daughter and granddaughter.

  • John McKernan

    Vice President

    John McKernan is a Vice President at The Riverside Company and the firm’s Healthcare Industry Sector Head, where he helps evaluate and grow healthcare opportunities for the firm.  John currently serves as a member of the board of directors at Grace Hill, Independent Doctors of Optometric Care, The Dermatology Group, and Polar Windows of Canada.  Prior to joining Riverside, he was an Associate at First Capital Partners and an Analyst at First National Investment Banking. John holds a BS in Finance and Accounting, magna cum laude, from Creighton University and is a CFA Charterholder.

  • Marie Rey

    Marie was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Saint Francis College with a degree in accounting. She began her career working in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand. From there she moved into the financial services industry, and over the next 25 years, assumed various executive level positions. She spent the last 10 years of her career at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation where she became Managing Director of Enterprise-wide Risk Management responsible for managing the firm’s credit risk and market risk exposures.

    Since then Marie has worked with a not-for-profit organization, the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey, whose objective is to promote the teaching and learning of mathematics throughout the state of New Jersey.

    Marie currently resides in Red Bank, NJ with her husband Charlie.

  • James Rizzo

    James is the North East Regional Manager for Tate Access Floors, Inc.. Tate is the Global Leader in developing manufacturing, distributing and Installing Raised Access Floor. Along with providing all technical information, specifications and details regarding Raised Floor, his functions include educating the Constructions Leaders in all the Benefits of using an Under Floor Air Distribution Strategy in the Corporate Office Environment and the Benefits it provides in Data Centers. After his High School tenure at LaSalle Academy, he went on to Pace University in downtown New York City. Soon after College, James founded Elevated Floor Services, Inc. an Independent Raised Floor Installation Contracting Service.  James enjoyed leading a successful contracting business for 30 years.  Known for his diligent work ethics and dedication to each project, James continues to work hard to deserve every project win and for the continued trust of every client. ​Knowing his enjoyment around young adults and his ability to engage with them, James does hope to make a small difference while on the Board of Directors of Boys Town New York. James does know everyone deserves the opportunity to the basic tools to be whatever they want to be and the chance to succeed.

Richard Paulson
