  • ​​​Nick Kochek

    Board Chair

    As Vice-President of Operations for UPS of Southern California, Nick Kochek oversees more than 5,000 employees and directs operations between Los Angeles, Inland Empire and Las Vegas.

    A native of New York, Nick received his bachelor degree in Business Administration and his MBA in Business at Southern California University. He began his career at UPS in 1979 as a part-time package handler while attending college.

    Some of Nick’s accomplishments within UPS have been the promotion and development of more than 250 supervisors, managers and staff level managers, being recognized for the best safety program and being awarded the highest employees relations index of any operation division.

    Nick also served as the Congressional Coordinator for New Jersey to provide a corporate presence and representation of the transportation industry to US Legislators - developing relationships with political leaders including Governors, Senators, and many members of Congress.

    In his community, Nick served as the program head for five United Way campaigns, twice achieving the “Spirit of Caring” award for the best campaign in participation and contributions. Nick has also served on the United Way of the Bay Area Transportation Council, and Board of Directors (Fundraising Committee) of Osteoimperfecta Foundation.

    Nick and his wife reside in San Juan Capistrano, CA. They have five children ranging in age from 16-23.

  • Nathan Fikse

    Nate Fikse is a former football player both in the college and professional arenas.  Nathan is a former All-American punter and place kicker at UCLA where he played for 4 years under Coach Bob Toledo.  Nate had the great opportunity to spend time in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints.  Nate also had the opportunity to play in the former NFLE (Europe) for the Amsterdam Admirals.

    Nate Fikse went on to pursue a career in Asset Management where he gained the experience and also the skills in managing over 250 million dollars of property and other assets.  Nate performed the duties of project and operations manager and also director of development for the Los Angeles based firm.

    Since then Nate has joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and is looking forward to working with his relationships and surrounding communities, helping them reach their financial goals.

    Nate is also involved with UCLA Alumni Association, Bruin Varsity Club, Orange County Young Executives, and Boys Town CA.

    Nate enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and daughter Cora around their Yorba Linda community. Nate and Pam also enjoy spending quality time with their families that reside in Orange County. In their spare time, Nate and his family enjoy attending UCLA football games, skiing and snowboarding Mammoth Mountain during our family winter vacation, Disneyland, the beach, and visiting the local museums and exhibits.

    Nate also enjoys running, outdoor activities, cooking, wine and coaching youth sports.

  • Adam Miller

    Miller, Miller Menthe

    Adam’s areas of practice include business litigation and transactional work. Adam's transactional practice focuses on advising businesses through commonly faced issues. Adam assists businesses with various issues, including the setting up and management of corporations, drafting contracts, resolving client and vendor disputes, the acquisition of assets including other businesses, and planning exit events including the sale of a business. Adam's litigation practice ranges from simple disputes with vendors, to bet-the-company litigations, to federal qui tam actions.

    Adam's professional experience prior to Miller Miller Menthe, LLP includes a clerkship with the honorable Asher Grunis of the Israeli Supreme Court, and time as an associate at the New York-based firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP. While at Paul Weiss, Adam gained experience doing large-scale public and private Mergers & Acquisitions, cutting-edge high-tech trading litigation, large security class actions, and simple partnership disputes.

    Adam received his B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from New York University. Adam now lives in Huntington Beach, where he is an active member of the community. He is the host of his own annual charity wine tasting event called Uncork for Hope, which benefits Boys Town California, and is also a participant of CHOC Follies, an annual musical theater production that benefits the Children's Hospital of Orange County. Adam is also on the Board of Governors for the Center Club, the Board of Directors for Boys Town California, and is an active participant at the Jewish Federation and Family Services in Orange County. He serves on the NextGen Board as Campaign Chair, and is also currently serving a six-year term on the Jewish Federations National Youth Leadership Cabinet.

  • Robert Bollar, Esq.

    SC Fuels

    Robert W. Bollar is currently General Counsel for SC Fuels and oversees all transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance policy creation/enforcement and insurance purchasing. He is corporate secretary for all the operating entities under the umbrella of SC Fuels.

    He has served on the board of directors of the California Independent Oil Marketers Association, the industry's statewide association of independent wholesale and retail marketers of gasoline, diesel, lubricating oils and other petroleum products. In 2010, he served as its President.

    Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, majoring in both Communication Arts & Sciences and Political Science. He received his Degree of Juris Doctor from Pacific McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

  • Gordon Csutak

    Griffith Company

    Gordon Csutak is Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Griffith Company. Gordon joined the Griffith team in 2002. Gordon brings to Griffith Company over 25 years of financial management experience. He has a diverse background in finance and operations in a number of industries: Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, and Telecommunications. Gordon graduated from California State University - Fullerton with a degree in Finance and holds a CMA certification (Certified Management Accountant). He has established a highly-effective accounting team and recently directed the successful implementation of a new construction accounting management software which integrates project management, project accounting and general accounting under one system.

  • Robert Hartmann, Esq.

    Law Offices of Robert Hartmann

    Hartmann, who has been recognized as a Judge Pro Tempore by the Orange County Superior Court, represents numerous individuals and corporations in the courtroom. He also assists minors accused of crimes in Juvenile Court.

    His education includes J.D., Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA 1986; Oxford University, Summer 1984; and B.A., Political Science, University of California, Los Angeles, 1982. He serves on many local boards for his profession and the community.

  • Kevin Hennings

    Hoffski Pisano & Company

    Currently, Kevin Hennings is a partner at Hoffski, Pisano and Company, CPAs and Consultants. He has been with the firm for over 13 years and recently became partner last year. Kevin has held a CPA license for roughly eight years.

    Kevin Hennings has been married to Kelly Hennings for 10 years, and together they have son Noah (8 years of age), son Jaxson (4 years of age) and daughter Lyla (2 years of age). Currently, they live in Yorba Linda, CA, which is the area that Kevin grew up in and went to school in.

    Outside of work, Kevin enjoys coaching my kid’s sports teams and play ice hockey recreationally in leagues in Orange County. He also enjoys hanging out with family and friends as often as possible.

  • William Jenkins

    Kawasaki Motors Corporation, USA

    William "Bill" Jenkins was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2011 and Executive Vice President of Sales in 2013 for Kawasaki Motors Corporation, USA. Previously, Mr. Jenkins was Director of National Sales for Kawasaki Motors. He joined Kawasaki in 1988 as a district manager in the New Jersey/New York area. He was selected to Kawasaki Motors’ prestigious President’s Council nine times and was named as the company’s District Manager of the Year twice. Appointed as the Easter Region Sales Director in 2002, Mr. Jenkins was named to head the national sales organization, as well as international sales for Latin America in 2009.

  • Robert Lazaro

    United States Air Force (Retired)

    Robert Lazaro was born in Richmond, CA in 1943 and raised in Rodeo, CA. He has degrees from San Francisco State University and Southern Illinois University.

    Lazaro was commissioned into the United States Air Force in 1966, where he served until his retirement as a Lt. Colonel in 1986. Robert served as a pilot on Air Force One from 1980 to 1986, under the administrations of Presidents Carter and Reagan.

    Lazaro lives with his wife, Carol, in Coto de Caza. They celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary in April 2012.

  • Jon McClintock

    Marina Arches Insurance Services

    Jon W. McClintock is President of Marina Arches Insurance Services. He has provided advanced estate planning & tax planning services for many Southern California Families & businesses over the last 30 years. A California resident since 1978, he resides in Orange County California with his wife, Janet. They have 8 adult children and 10 grandchildren.

    Jon obtained a pre-law degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana and achieved his Chartered Life Underwriters designation on a post graduate degree level.

    He has been recognized in the insurance industry with numerous company & industry awards and is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Jon was a featured speaker at the 1976 MDRT meeting in New Orleans in addition to speaking at many industry meetings both here in the United States, the Caribbean and South America over the last 20 years.

    Jon enjoys many travel related leisure activities and has been actively involved in the Center Club of Costa Mesa as a member of the Ben Franklin Forum for several years. In January, he will begin serving a 3 year term on the Board of Governors of that organization.

  • Rosanne O'Brien​​

    Retired VP of Northrop Grumman

    Rosanne O’Brien is the former corporate vice president of communications at Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $29-billion leading global defense enterprise. In this role, she directed all external and internal communications.

    O’Brien received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Redlands and has completed an executive program at Stanford University.

    She is chairman of the Communications Council of the Aerospace Industries Association, and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, the Public Relations Seminar and Organization of Women Executives.
