Boys Town’s Leadership and Governance

Father Steven E. Boes is the current Executive Director of Boys Town. An independent Board of Trustees, made up of a diverse group of local and national business and community leaders, helps provide corporate governance for Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home (Boys Town). The Board meets certain fiduciary, strategic, legal and problem-solving (or advisory) responsibilities to effectively establish policy, make decisions and conduct ongoing oversight. Collectively, the Trustees ensure that the organization’s long-term and short-term goals are achieved so that the needs and expectations of Boys Town’s stakeholders and consumers are met in a manner consistent with the organization’s Articles and Bylaws.

The Board is not involved in the daily operations of Boys Town.
