About Boys Town Chicago

Boys Town of Chicago has been serving the residents of the Back of the Yards/New City community since opening its Casa Tepeyac home in 2007. Integrated Continuum of Care services offered by the site include Intervention and Assessment Services and In-Home Family Services. These services provide a safe environment where at-risk youth can participate in positive, skill-building activities, and also help the youths’ families. In 2009, Boys Town's Integrated Continuum of Care touhed th lives of 45,139 people in Illinois, including direct care to 190 children and 45 families. Father Bruce Wellems, pastor of Holy Cross-Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, serves as the Executive Director.
