Who Has Carried You?

In 1918, a young boy suffering from polio had to be carried up and down the stairs by the other boys at Boys Town. Father Flanagan asked one of the older boys if carrying the young boy was difficult. He responded:

“He ain’t heavy, Father. He’s my brother.”

At some point in our lives, just about all of us have needed to be carried. And, at some point, we probably carried somebody else. That’s because we’re human. We stumble. And we look to each other for help when we do. For 100 years, Boys Town has carried the dream of Father Flanagan and helped millions of children and families along the way. Now, we want to know: Who has carried you?
